In the trees, 13 meters above the ground, you will, after having gone through a security review, make your way round the “track” which contains several challenges. “The Rope Bridge, The Rope Cross, The Tension Wire, The Rope End, The Knotted Rope, The Log and The Squirrel Jump”.

The track is unique in Norway and is constructed according to US standards and has top security clearance. ACCT norm (Association for Challenge Course Technology).

This activity does not require any previous knowledge or physical abilities; our instructors provide you with the introduction and the extra safety you need for your journey round The Excitement Track. We will provide you with all the necessary equipment that is requires for this activity.
Persons who have, or have had, diseases that may be induced by stress or who have a heart condition are advised against this activity.

Age limit: 14 years  

Remember: All our activities are outdoor activities, wear clothes that are appropriate for the time of year, preferably wool next to the skin, particularly the legs.
