Ice bathing – the quickest bathing experience of the year |
One of our most popular “graduation” tasks during the winter is ice bathing. Those who arrive here in a starry winter night are also very anxious to get a diploma as a proof of the fact that they have iced bathed in Nidelva. Your family and friends won’t believe it until they see it!
We have strict safety requirements for the participants before we saw the hole in the ice and render the participants to the icy water. Most of them get up rather hastily!
You may get your ice bathing T-shirt, but this only applies to those who have had an ice bathe approved by the safety manager.
